Developing good relationships with tenants is vital to the success of Arena Housing Association. In the past they have primarily employed housing professionals for CUSTOMER SERVICES roles, but high salaries, and a lack of candidates meant they needed to expand their candidate pool.
Arena wanted people who were naturally disposed to offering great customer service, even if they didn't have housing experience. They commissioned RCC to find these candidates, attract them to Arena, and then select those who would really enhance the Association's reputation as a high-quality service provider.
