In 2005 the three different businesses that comprised the financial arm of the Co-operative Group merged to form Co-operative Financial Services (CFS). Each original business had a distinctive culture and values. But, this new era demanded a fresh, all-encompassing vision unique to CFS:

‘to be the UK’s most admired financial institution’

As a co-operative organisation, we suggested their people create the values to support this new vision.
