Employing over 15,000 people in locations across the UK, Co-operative Financial Services needed a staff development programme that was easy to implement, effective, and well-received by staff. Their Learning and Development Team knew that their traditional ‘classroom’ approach was unpopular and unproductive. They approached RCC to create an interactive scheme that broke topics into bite-sized chunks, and also to enhance their internal image.
