RCC HR stepped into the spotlight in March 2006 by receiving the great honour of an award - directly from a delighted client.
Bromford Housing Group, a visionary market leader driving the social housing sector forward, invited RCC HR to attend their Annual Conference to receive the great accolade of Partnership of the Year 2006.
RCC HR was selected over a host of other suppliers for the innovative work we have done with Bromford's HR Team, including the development of 'Open House' - an assessment centre that enables Bromford to tackle the industry crisis of skills shortages by giving them the tools to recruit for attitude and train for skill. RCC HR was also recognised for the development of Bromford's Employer Branding, which gives them a competitive advantage and differentiation in a marketplace where they compete with commercial businesses to be recognised as a 'First choice' employer.
